With the payment of the reservation deposit the general Terms and Conditions, in particular the Cancellation Conditions, are deemed to have been fully understood and legally accepted. The deposit can be retained. However, if you cancel in good time, we will issue a credit note, as we would be happy to welcome you back another time.
Our rooms are ready for occupancy from 14.00. For arrivals after 20.00 we ask for a short message. Please vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Our bar is open for you daily from 13:00 to 21:00. Enjoy a coffee, aperitif or a nightcap at the bar. We kindly ask you to respect the night‘s rest.
We guarantee you the best price if you book directly via our website, by e-mail or telephone.
We ask you to pay the hotel bill the evening before your departure in cash or by card (EC, Visa, Mastercard). Please note that our reception is only open for check-out until 20:30. For organizational reasons, it is not possible for us to settle your bill on the day of departure. You are welcome to pay part of the bill during your stay by bank transfer. The reservation of the hotel room is binding when the booking has been confirmed in writing by both parties.
We are happy to lend you one of our 4 e-bikes for a fee (33-38 euros/day). For further information and tour tips, we will be happy to help you at receptionIf you have brought your own bikes with you, you can park them in our bike garage.
Spoil yourself with our rich breakfast buffet, which is served from 07:30 to 11:00. Whether in the breakfast room, on the sunny terrace or in the winter garden - every start of the day will be colorful, regional and fresh.
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friends to the Thalguter. If you plan to do so, please let us know at the same time as you make your request or booking. We charge € 15.00 per day (without food). Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room, pool area or on the sunbathing lawn. If you would like to take your dog with you for breakfast, you can do so in our wintergarden and on the sun terrace. Guide dogs are excepted, they may of course accompany you everywhere and free of charge.
There is a WLAN connection in all rooms.
Our late check-out is subject to availability. Please contact reception to clarify possible capacities.
You can conveniently charge your electric car at our charging station via our hotel app and pay when you check out.
The local tax is € 2.60 per person per day (excluding children under 14). It is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on site.
Smoking is prohibited in the hotel. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted outside.
We ask you to hang the “Room is free” hanger on the outside door when you leave the room. On Saturdays we try to give our cleaning staff more time for their families, so the rooms are only cleaned on request. Let us know at reception! You can cancel the cleaning service at any time via our hotel app.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
We are available for questions and suggestions from 7.30 to 21.00.
A small safe is available for use free of charge in each of our rooms.
Our sauna is available to you every day from 15:00 to 21:00. You will find sauna towels in the wellness bag in your room. It is a textile sauna, please do not sauna naked!
Our swimming pool is open daily from 08:00 to 21:00. Children are not allowed in the pool area without supervision.
Cancellation sounds unpleasant, and it is, for you and for us. We ask for your understanding that we will charge 70% of the booked service in the event of last-minute cancelations (30 days before the start of the vacation). Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations 7 days or less before arrival, early departure or late arrival will be charged 100% of the booked arrangement.
If you arrive by train or plane, we will be happy to organize a transfer to us in Algund (for a fee).
The nearest airport is in Bolzano (approx. 30 km).
The nearest train station is in Merano (approx. 4 km).
Please deposit your valuables in the safe in your hotel room.
We are happy to fulfill your room request, but we cannot guarantee fixed room numbers. There may be slight differences in color and size between the individual rooms in a category.
